BALTIMORE, Maryland (bdpatoday®) — In today’s dynamic professional landscape, women leaders continue to navigate the dual challenge of being seen and heard—often in environments where their presence is underrepresented or undervalued. One of the most impactful sessions this year during 30th anniversary events was a powerful call to action for women at all stages of leadership to embrace their worth, articulate their value, and lead with unapologetic confidence.

___________
Through personal insights, practical strategies, and real-world examples, conference panelists and their audiences explored how to:
• Recognize and own unique leadership values
• Communicate with clarity, conviction, and authenticity
• Navigate bias and amplify one’s voice in high-stakes conversations
• Build influence and visibility without compromising identity

___________
As the tides of technology reshape the professional landscape, women of color in STEM are uniquely positioned to ride these waves of change and lead the next era of innovation. Technical sessions such as the one for “Ai” by Ms. Njeri Grevious, provided a launchpad to master Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, which is a secure, intuitive Ai assistant accessible through work or school accounts. Attendees experienced how Copilot streamlines work, automates tasks, and unlocks new insights through real-world scenarios and hands-on demos. Participants also discovered practical prompting, explored creative features, and leveled up current Ai skillsets.
